Great care is taken to give you an accurate estimate or quote, sometimes a projected cost is required within a quote or estimate to allow for what the eye cannot see. If this happens we will discuss this with you and explain this in writing in plain English! If unforeseen circumstances arise during work, we will contact you and if required put this in writing, take photographs, discuss an amicable solution first before we restart work.
We do not estimate or quote unrealistic prices to obtain work and then hit you with a large cost increase whilst at your home or on site, unlike some companies.
We also offer all the mentioned services for our commercial clients such as landlords, estate and letting  agents , hotels and guest houses, residential homes and office premises
